Senator Hawley, You had better fight like you life is on the line because according to many of these leftist lunatics it is. The likes of AOC talking about re-education camps for Trump supporters chills my Hebrew blood like no other thoughts can. I have lost all faith in my government, it is clearly obvious that congress has become completely detached from its citizens and now only functions to serve itself and it's lobbyists. The lunatics that have been allowed into congress are actively committing crime after crime yet are never held responsible while millions of us now suffer under this coup installed dictator. The left told us for over a year how they were going to steal the election, even with a media blackout there was still more than enough information available to warrant an investigation into Hunter and the entire biden crime family by the FBI, who proceeded to lie to public about an investigation and then let it completely slide! The FBI is corrupt as every lunatic set on destroying this nation. The CIA had a server farm overseas connected to the election? Service members died in seizing them? What happened to that investigation? It went nowhere! We the people have seen many members of the D party breaking actual US codes and other assorted laws and acts yet not a single one EVER faces prosecution while one of us would be bankrupted and or imprisoned and have zero recourse against this corrupt tyrannical government. I can not tell you how much I hate this forum called Fascist Book, but all of my other efforts reaching out to your office have failed including a hand written letter. I will remind you here again that your oath was to the Constitution, not the president, not your lobbyists or your family. Your oath is a very small variance of the one I stood by for twenty years, you might not be corrupt yet, but many of your RINO colleagues are, beholden to their lobbyists and their own greedy need of more money and keeping their "power" (TERM LIMITS!!!). Their constituents mean nothing to them as long as they get to keep their own gravy train rolling and that was made abundantly clear with ever R that abandoned President Trump in his greatest time of need. A house divided can not stand and now millions of us stand waiting for the next violation of our rights as Americans as this dictator dismantles the industrial heart of the nation sending manufacturing back to the country that gave his son so much money, China. The senile old man spent months telling us that President Trump had handled the fear virus improperly now informs the entire world that he has ZERO plan for handling the virus except to immediately violate his own mask mandate. Inside 72 hours Dictator Biden has destroyed American energy independence and over 70,000 jobs! This isn't some private company your daddy built and gave to you to run into the ground, it's a country, one of the greatest on the earth and he does not have the right to violate the rights of over half its citizens because he was bought and paid for by a hostile nation. You had better pray to almighty God, the baby Jesus and all the archangels in heaven that you find some allies or figure out how to get some new ones elected because the elections of 2022 mean less and less with every EO and EA this dictator signs. The media terrorist George Steponopolis blatantly admitted in his interview with Rand Paul just how corrupt the media is when he made the statement that “there is only one side to a story” paraphrased of course but the point is clearly made. Clear evidence of so many dead people voting doesn't rate as part of the story in their pay-books. The election was stolen, every generation X & Y'er can see it, some millennial's can see it and even some of the brighter sheep are starting to see it but the question remains do we still have a chance or is it far too late? They tested it in 2018 and it showed, then they perfected it and told us what the plan was, and the republican led senate did nothing to stop it! If I perjured myself before Congress I would be hemmed up stem to stern and punished for my trespass of lying, billionaires sit before Congress lying their hides off and smile while they do it. Nancy Pelosi has admitted to her abuses of power yet remains the third most powerful person in the executive branch. Dictator Biden admitted on video to a group of globalist elites that he committed a crime while VP and yet they impeached President Trump for the same "crime". Your corrupt colleagues have proven their bad faith contract with the people, will you too eventually fall into the DC glamor or wealth and power? I fully expect your actions to do your speaking from here on out. I navigated the mined waters of the Persian Gulf, that was my war. You must navigate the cesspool of DC. Modern day dictators like Xi Jinping, Kim Jong un and Alyaksandr Lukashenka do the exact same thing before the eyes of the world and “the squad” in congress wants to bring that neo slavery here? All that is clear based on your 12/18/20 notice is that the BATFE may or may not determine that my stabilizer brace-equipped firearm is an illegal SBR based on: 

- How experienced or inexperienced of a shooter I am 

- How long or short my arms are

- How strong or weak I am

- How closely my brace resembles a stock

- Whether my brace is made of soft or hard rubber

- How I hold my firearm when accurately hitting my target

- How good or bad my eyes are when using optics 

- What my physical disabilities are in accordance with the ADA. 

Furthermore, with over 4 million stabilizing braces being present throughout the United States, crimes involving them are still nonexistent. Combining the fact that 4 million braces exist without increasing or affecting crime with the fact that the BATFE is willing to classify, across the board, every single one of those 4 million AR pistols as strictly-regulated SBR’s (per the BATFE notice on 12/18/20) it would seem to me that the BATFE has made the case to remove SBR’s from the NFA altogether. Knowing the BATFE’s primary focus is on public safety, it is interesting to see the BATFE’s further work on removing SBR’s from the NFA using their own logic and reasoning behind willingly welcoming over 4 million more new SBR’s to the current numbers.

Ambiguous wording is used to confound law-abiding citizens’ ability to determine legality of a BATFE edict. Obviously criminals will ignore this edict like they do actual laws and continue to act in a criminal manner. The only purpose served in using confusing ambiguous language is to make arrests and confiscation of property extremely easy while actual prosecution impossible as even a junior constitutional law attorney would have no problem defeating the case in court. The intent of the false prosecution is to bankrupt a citizen forced to defend themselves against a government entity with unlimited funding and zero oversight. Even when the charges are eventually dropped the citizen is financially ruined and has no recourse of recovery against the government.

This is the tyrannical treatment Thomas Jefferson warned us about and one of the very reasons for the existence of the Second Amendment. The US Government is designed with checks and balances for the three branches of government. The BATFE is not a legislative branch of the US Government and therefore has no authority to make laws. The Second Amendment informs the citizens of this nation that they have the RIGHT to keep and bear arms. Not a need. Not a want. Not a privilege, a Right.

The terminology “security of a free state” is also part of the Second Amendment. By ignoring the rights of the citizens given to them by the Constitution, the BATFE itself becomes an enemy of the state with its illegal edicts. The BATFE issuing these edicts that stand only to falsely prosecute law abiding citizens is tantamount to an act of terrorism. 

The employees of the BATFE were not elected by the people. This means that any edicts issued by the BATFE are 100% unconstitutional in every way thus making them illegal and unenforceable. The BATFE has served the purpose of the administration that brought it into being and has continued to serve the government with its illegal collection of taxes from “laws” and “acts” pertaining to firearms. They have further violated the Second Amendment and the civil rights of thousands of citizens while allowing firearms to be straw purchased and shipped out of the country leading to the deaths of law enforcement, American and Mexican citizens. The BATF has been directly responsible for the deaths of women and children and has never been held accountable. 

The BATFE and the citizens of this nation have reached a crossroads. The agency for decades now has played fast and loose with language used in its edicts and it has led to the suffering of many citizens. Now, in its boldest move ever, the agency is asking for mass registration with a free tax stamp, or be turned into a felon. The language used in this latest travesty against the Second Amendment is ambiguous and in some points intentionally infuriating with its blatant stupidity and just plain ignorance in the differences between human beings physical anatomy. 

In closing, if the BATFE is serious about public safety as it relates to stabilizer brace-equipped firearms, you will define the open-ended factors you list in your 12/18/20 notice and present them to Congress to consider when writing a new bill for possible passage into law. Otherwise, your current efforts appear to be nothing more than further efforts to overnight make felons out of law abiding citizens with your unconstitutional edicts and attempts at yet another gun registration program. Hitler would be proud of your efforts to disarm the public. 

A single severely disturbed person commits a crime (because when I was there for gunsmithing school in 2013-14 you couldn't purchase a firearm without a Colorado ID) and you introduce legislation to further curtail the Second Amendment further then the federal government already illegally has. What part of "Security of a free State" or "Shall not be infringed" do you not understand? As a vet I am disgusted with your behavior and your support of sharia banking (which is how terrorists move funds). As an American citizen I will publicly call you out as an oath breaker, not to just your veteran family, but to the Constitution you swore that oath to uphold and defend against all enemies foreign and domestic. You have allowed  domestic terrorist criminals into congress and allowed many foreign and domestic entities to interfere with our elections. You are not only a disgrace to the veterans community that you flaunt so easily, You are a disgrace to your species. If you had any decency you would resign your position claiming your white male privilege weighs to heavily on you and you want to surrender your position to some nice muslim transgender person of color. You are a disgusting human being and with my six combat deployments that have exposed me to the worst that humanity can offer that is saying a lot.
